From the home screen. You write what you’re suggesting — “Drinks tonight?” — and send it to your friends. Nothing else to fill in: a P!NG has no time, no place, no guest list. It’s an idea, not a plan.

In one tap: In, Maybe or Can’t. You see the count as it comes. Nobody commits to anything, and not answering is an answer too.

You turn the P!NG into a Plan. That’s a deliberate step, never automatic: a P!NG that became a Plan by itself would commit people who only said “in”.

Nothing happens. A P!NG that goes nowhere doesn’t clutter your home screen and asks nobody to explain themselves.

No. A Plan can be created without one and filled in later — you often decide where you’re going after deciding that you’re going out.

One link is enough. Opened by someone without POTEs!, it takes them to the right plan after installing. An invitation link expires, and whoever created it can revoke it.

No. A group is a crew that lasts; participants are the people of THIS plan. You can invite someone to a plan without adding them to the group.

As the Plan’s time approaches, and while it lasts. Outside that, it doesn’t exist.

The plan’s participants, and only if you choose to share. Sharing stops by itself with the plan. POTEs! keeps no history of where you’ve been, and there is no permanent map of your friends.

No. A plan’s Wallet is a VIEW onto your objects, not a copy. Removing a ticket from a plan doesn’t remove it from yours.

It depends on the scope you choose: just you, the plan, or the group. It’s always explicit — nothing inherits from the last plan you opened.

No. Without one the app works — but everything stays on the phone where you created it. An account is what lets you find your plans on another device.

Check that POTEs! is allowed to send them in your phone’s settings. On Android, an app force-closed by the system receives nothing until it’s opened again.

POTEs! is in beta: it doesn’t install from the App Store or Google Play like a published app. The Beta page explains the route for each phone.
